How short can a scam message get? This is probably close to the limit, although a bit of proofreading could have made it shorter. What does Mr. “Waters” (Esq.) have in mind? Does he want you to stand in as next-of-kin to a rich plane crash victim? Or perhaps he represents a dying widow who would like you to distribute her fortune to charity.
