Lloyds TSB Online

This is a standard bank-phishing scam. It is broadcast widely in the hope that some of the people receiving it will in fact be Lloyds Bank customers and so might think the message is legitimate. If you are a Lloyds customer and you follow the embedded link (here deleted for safety), you will be giving away your bank passwords to the scammers.
